Erstaunlich: Wir haben die bekannten Baumärkte telefonisch kontaktiert und nach Standorten, Flächenentwicklung, Mitarbeiterveränderungen und Umsatzentwicklungen gefragt. Die meisten Baumärkte waren unkooperativ. Positiv hervorgestochen sind bauMax, OBI und hagebau. Danke für die Mithilfe, eine aussagekräftige Studie durchzuführen.

Wieso haben Unternehmen Angst vor Transparenz und Vergleichbarkeit? Ein Benchmarking kann ja durchaus auch strategisch weiterbringen. Naja, wir hoffen auf kooperative weitere Gespräche.
